Waiter/Waitress

Responsibility

- Welcomes and greets guests according to standard.

 - Presents menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, makes recommendations upon request.

 - Informs customers of daily specials

 - Explains how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.

 - Takes and serves guest orders promptly and according to service manual.

 - Checks food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.

 - Checks with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct problems (if any).

 - Removes dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and takes them to kitchen for cleaning.

 - Prepares checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.

 - Stocks service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.

 - Reports any deviations of standards to supervisor

 - Sets up dining table, arranges utensils and equipment which are in line with design standard.

Qualification

-Male/Female; age between 20-24 years.

-Fresh graduate is welcome. Experience in the role at least 1 year is advantage.

-Ability to communicate in English is a must.

-Positive attititude. Passion to deliver excellent service is required.
