Room Attendants

Responsibility

 - Cleans and makes up guest room including bedroom, living room, bathroom, dining room, pantry, kitchen, extra bed, baby cot and playpen (if any).

 - Update and verifies room status, completing Room Verification Report.

 - Checks and report on mini bar consumption and arrange for replenishment.

 - Provide night turndown service.

 - Monitors freshness of flowers set up in guest room, report ones that are withered.

 - Reports on Lost and Found items, lost or damage of guest supplies and room defects to supervisor.

 - Empties soiled linen.

 - Responds to guests’ request.

 - Cleans and tidy up Housekeeping pantry area and service toilet.

 - “Spring clean” rooms.

 - Checks and cleans operating equipment. 

Qualification

-Male/Female age between 22-29 years.

-Prior working experience is advantage but not neccessary.

-Ability to communicate in English is a neccesary.

-Be opened and willing to learn new things.

-Positive attititude. Passion to deliver excellent service is required.
