Responsibility

 - Proceed for guests check in

 - Provides information to guests about hotel product and services

 - Responds to guest’s request for information and assistance about directions and venues of local area.

 - Maximizes room sales and revenue

 - Handles guest’s request and complaint

 - Prepares guest name lists on arrival and departure

 - Greets and call guest by name upon checking in and checking out.

 - Informs department concerned on guest’s check in

 - Escorts guests to room and explain facilities and amenities.

 - Ensures transportation arrangements, luggage pick up and payment

 - Assists and follows up guests’ requests and inquiries.

 - Ensures a prompt delivery of mails and messages.

 - Controls and distributes guest room key/card.

 - Informs management regarding guest feedback or any uncommon events. 

Qualification

-Male/Female; age between 20-24 years.

-Fresh graduate is welcome. Experience in the role at least 1 year is advantage.

-Very good command to communicate in English is a must. A third language is big advantage (Chinese,Arabian, Korean, Japanese).

-Positive attititude. Passion to deliver excellent service is required.
