Responsibilities:
• Responsible for research and develop strategic marketing plan on your assigned projects to drive expected outcomes
• Analyze situation relation among competitor information, current market trends and overall related of MICE industry and apply to company strategy
• Manage customer database and utilize data for marketing strategy
• Integrate the organization’s database and external data
• Be part of the team to manage international sale agents to ensure that KPIs will be achieved
• Develop partnership model to be deployed to new and existing clients
• Build and maintain a relationship with international alliance
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or partnership marketing
• Good communication and negotiation skills, both English and Thai
• A team player who is also comfortable to work independently, in a fast-paced environment to find solutions with minimal guidance from supervisors and/or teams
• Fluent English language in speaking, listening, reading, writing
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
