Secretary/Translator (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• The Secretary serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to President Office.
• Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the President including: managing calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
• Prepares reports and minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments and maintaining confidential files and other material essential for use by the President office and/or staff
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the management's schedule is followed and respected. Provides"gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the President office's time and office
• Translate/Interpret between Chinese, English, and Thai Language for company's documents, the internal meeting, seminar, and daily communication
• Serves as the President's administrative liaison to board members
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
• Maintains discretion and confidential information
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age at least 25 years old.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chinese/Business Chinese or related field
• 3 - 5 years working experience in secretary and administration or any related fields
• Active, work well under high pressure, positive attitude, energetic
• Proficient in computer skills
• Excellent Chinese skills is required
• Good command of English
