Software Tester/Quality Assurance (Mid-level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Take an active part in meetings with developers and the product owner where requirements and the system in general are discussed.
• Take ownership of testing activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Identify, document, and track software defects in the system.
• You will be supporting our developers with troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate directly with international team members.
• Ability to work proactively and take ownership of test responsibilities.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking to handle applications with complex workflows and processes.
• Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) will be considered an advantage.
• Prior experience testing ERP systems is a plus.
